There is a 2.9% payment processing fee added to your order total. This fee covers the cost of secure payment processing and is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We never store your full payment details on our servers. Your financial information is handled securely by Paystack throughout the entire transaction process.
The app is designed with offline support to show sync status, but initially receiving remote orders requires an internet connection.
Yes, you may cancel the order before making any payment to the seller. You may also use in-app messaging system to communicate directly with the seller.
